Top 10 Products I Can't Live Without

Hey All! I decided to write a post on my must have beauty and hair favorites right now! I added in some new hair products that were not mentioned in my last hair post- Enjoy!

1. Clarisonic Mia 2

If any of y’all have a clarisonic you know what I mean! I have had mine for about 4 years now and I use it religiously. After you use it one time it is impossible to go back to washing your face with your hands! I use the regular brush head it comes with, but I also have the acne head and I love that one too. You’re supposed to change the heads about every 3 months so I will switch back and forth between the two. There are so many options to choose from so I will link them below and you can search through them to see what would be best for your face!

2. Origins Face Primer with Willow Herb

I have been addicted to this face primer for a couple of months now. I used to use the Smashbox green primer to help reduce redness, and now I have moved on to this all natural primer. It is unique for sure! It comes in a little can that you have to shake up and then it dispenses as a mousse. The primer is FREEZING cold because it has a cooling effect which is the perfect boost of energy I need first thing in the morning. It has a bit of a tint to it so you can always use it on a no make-up day as well and feel pretty.

3. T3 Curling Iron

I will buy anything T3 I swear. This company makes amazing products that are great for damage control and not to mention how beautiful the tools are. I have the 2" barrel and could not be happier with the way my hair curls each and every time that I use it. I’ve used it on a couple of my friends who have completely different hair than me and their hair looks beautiful, too! The iron has a couple fancy features included that helps perfect the curling process.

4. OUAI Wave Spray & Frizz Sheets

OMG!!! New favorite hair brand! Jen Atkin works wonders when it comes to these new products. If all the celebrities trust her and her beauty line, I am more than happy to try it out and hope to get the same results! The curl spray smells delicious and truly amps up your waves and curls. It has a tad bit of a sticky texture if you apply it to your hair when it’s almost dry so make sure to do it when it’s wet. The frizz sheets are another well made product! I didn’t even know that these things existed…. I’ve used dryer sheets a couple of times to tame the frizz but I can only imagine how damaging that was to my hair. If it’s a rainy or humid day I will use the sheets while I’m out and about to keep my hair from frizzing up.

5. SLIP Pillow Case

If you follow my blog or Instagram you’ve heard me rave about this one already! I never in a million years thought I would spend so much money on a pillowcase… but I gave into the hype to see what it was about! I’m young so I don’t notice my skin changing from using it; however, I do notice the change in my hair. You can curl your hair, straighten it, or leave it natural and you will wake up with it looking exactly how it did when you went to bed. My hair is also silky and smooth after waking up which I love because I don’t have to do anything with it in the morning.

6. NARS Luminous Weightless Foundation

It will honestly take a magical foundation to get me to stop using this NARS one! I have never been so obsessed with a lightweight full coverage foundation before. I used to use the Tarte Amazon Clay full coverage foundation in “Tan Honey” which is great and I still really like that one, but it doesn’t compare to NARS. I also tried the full coverage Fenty Beauty by Rihanna foundation and it was awful… I got color matched at Sephora and tried many colors and it was straight up yellow and looked terrible on my skin. I also didn’t like the way it set on my skin because it was hard for me to correct it once it had dried. I do know that some people love this foundation though so this is just my personal preference. Y’all will never go back to a different foundation after trying this NARS one I promise!

7. Clinique Pep-Start Eye Cream

I love a good eye cream in the morning when I need a boost. I got this as a sample from Sephora and just bought the big size because I ran out already! I originally used the Mary Kay eye gel and loved this as well; however, the Clinique eye cream dries nicely and it doesn’t mess up my makeup after I apply it.

8. Clinique Pep-Start Restoring Night Mask & Aerin Rose Lip Conditioner

I couldn’t decide between these two which one I like more, so I added both! I never used conditioning lip masks before, just chapstick and balm at night. These lip conditioners are life changing for your lips especially in the winter time! They are both so creamy and hydrating, I even use them during the day. The Aerin balm smells delicious and has a super light pink tint to it. The bottles are both small but they have been lasting me a long time!

9. Lash Babe

I have been using this for years now and I will never switch to another lash product. I have had the BEST results with it and it is still a reasonable price compared to other brands of lash enhancement. I started by using it on my eyebrows because back in the day I had the thinnest, and lightest colored brows you could imagine. They were awful… I started using Lash Babe and about 2 months in I had eyebrows and they were a lot darker, too! I use it about once a week now on my brows and lashes to keep them nice and fluffy.

10. Jaclyn Hill Palette

I have many eye shadow palettes and the one that still comes out on top for me is the Jaclyn Palette by Morphe. I love this one because it is a beyond reasonable price and has 35 colors in it. It has great neutral colors and then some super fun shades of pink, blue, and purple. Also, I can't forget to mention that the pigment is unreal! I have to tap off my brushes because there is always a ton of excess color on them. You can go to YouTube and look up her Palette reviews and tutorials you can see many ways to use the colors.
